Loving Gratitude

In this moment, I choose to be love. This is like being Reiki, once you learn Reiki, you cannot help but be Reiki. So I choose to be love, today, tomorrow and for all the days in my life. And so I choose to birth a new reality, allowing that which no longer serves me to fall away as the spent leaves fall from the trees in Autumn.

I find that I am often touching something hot and burning my fingers, hands, and wrists. My most recent self-inflicted injury was on the top of my hand as I reached in to remove the pan from under the grill. The reason I mention this is because yesterday I had a flash of genius, a light turned on...and it finally occurred to me that if I starting wearing the oven mitts that this would solve my problem. But it would do nothing to help my prior injury unless I also wear them when I’m draining pasta! Ahhh! Live and learn, bloom and grow…

And so I grow, in gratitude, I am Marsha!

Beautiful Gratitude

Today I am moving to gratitude when I get overwhelmed by the demands I am placing upon myself in my world. And today, I choose to see every drama as an ‘Opportunity.’ I have learned that the frustrations I have are simply the result of my own thinking, wrong as it may be. And so this means that all I have to do to transform my life is to remind myself to think and behave a little bit differently, each day. Another aha moment!

The messages today from The Universe and Neale Donald Walsch seem as if they were written especially for me. It’s so strange how this seems to work sometimes. But then I often get messages from what others say. So why do I have to make it so difficult?

I love this picture by Stacey. It’s simple yet it tells such an uplifting story from ‘Show Up and Shine’ to ‘Blooming Human.’ It’s inspiring somehow and just looking at it makes me smile! And the title today ‘Beauty All Around’ describes this picture perfectly!

I have the power to program my reality simply by choosing my vibrational state. And today I choose to see the beauty in all things filling my heart with gratitude.

Nature of Gratitude

Is it possible to capture what’s in your mind with a picture? A picture is worth a thousand words but the mind is so complex with so much going on I don’t think it is possible. However, when I look at this picture, I think of the mind with all it’s intricate thoughts and memories. I see so much going on and perhaps a thousand stories instead of a thousand words. It’s a fascinating work of art and aptly named.

It seems fitting for me on this day relating to where I am in the process of being a Blooming Human. I feel calmer today, stilled being pulled in so many directions with so much going on. But I am still going within, entering the castle of my soul and spending time with God. I look forward to this time each day, a time when the world stops. I find peace and joy in the stillness and the Light that is within.

The Initiation


"Face the rising Sun and begin to meditate.


... Ask to be reawakened to the ancient knowledge of the cosmos. As the Sun begins to rise, look directly at it. Please use discretion here. Just one second of pure sunlight directly in the eyes is enough. Then close your eyes and begin to say the name of the sun, K'in in the Mayan language, and catch your spirit in your hands by holding your hands out in front of your face as if you were holding a sphere.


Just as Om-m-m is the name of the Earth, K'in is the name of the Sun. The name of the sun sounds like K'eeeeeeen with a distinct e sound. You may need to practice this a little while to get the hang of it. When you do it properly, you will hear the sound of the Sun in your ears and in your head.


Say K'in, K'inn, K'innn, K'innnn


Say K'in seven times for your body, seven times for your spirit, and seven times for the awakening of the cosmic human. You can actually feel the energy of your spirit in your hands. Feel the vibration in your hands.


Hear the sound of the Sun in your heart. Now place the blessings of your spirit on the Earth by bending down and placing your hands flat upon the Earth. Allow your spirit to enter the Earth and send your blessings and intentions to walk on earth in a way that will awaken yourself and others into rightful living once again. 


Many benefits are experienced by our connection with the Sun. Some among these are clearer thinking, inner peace, improved health and ultimately a more harmonious and productive life. It is easy to maintain your solar connection by taking a few moments each day to orient and realign yourself to the sun.


This is a most auspicious time for humanity. The Mayas encourage us to walk through this door into the Itza Age, and leave the world of illusion behind. It is simple. Just place your intention on the sun and absorb its light and information. We are on the threshold of a major shift for humanity into becoming cosmic human beings."

Wings of Gratitude

Not everything is easy, but it really shouldn’t be so hard for me to find time to write each day. I have to ask what is going on? Am I not ready for my dream seeds to bloom? I want to be a blooming human, I think. But then maybe I don’t. I don’t have any answers right now, but I know it will come to me, hopefully sooner. It seems like it will be so hard to write 2 blogs a day just to catch up but that’s what I will have to do or do I? I don’t know maybe I should proceed at my own pace as I am guided to do so.

Oh, and I have so many other things to do, that are demanding my attention and drawing me away. Then it seems like I don’t have time to get anything done. I am so grateful for this time I have found today to write and I am so grateful that I am busy and have so many things that I want to do. It is so much better than being bored. I have on occasion wondered, how can anyone ever be bored when they can think? But then I have always been able to entertain myself.

In gratitude, I am bringing my inner visions into the Light and so I grow fulfilling my role in “Birthing a New Reality.”

When you trust and follow your intuition, everything you need to do in life becomes instinctive, like taking a step, or taking a breath or blinking an eye. You do not think or mull over it for hours, you do not pine and whine for it, you just do it. Your intentions and actions become one, without any hesitation. You think as you should and do as you should and your life flows exactly as it should."

Dreams of Gratitude

Have you ever read the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic? I hadn’t until today...it’s actually quite beautiful and quite different than the version I learned as a child. I guess it really is all a matter of perception and depends on the person who translates it. Thus we have many, many different interpretations, but it’s interesting never the less. I have copied the text below that I received in the Day 9 Inward, Onward, Upward, Outward email from Stacey Robyn.

I am a Lucid Dreamer, I remember my dreams and am an active participant. I learned this as a self defense mechanism because I have so many bad dreams. I know that spirits can and often do come to me in my dreams, because I often see my family members who have passed. I also believe evil spirits can and do come to me in my dreams, if I don’t protect myself. Years ago before I learned protection techniques, I would be so afraid in my dreams and my only defense was reciting the Lords Prayer, over and over, believing it would protect me from the evil and it always does. I now have a dream catcher above my bed which also works very well. So this is why, the Lord’s Prayer has such special meaning for me.

In one breath, one moment, one choice, one day at a time,

I am a flow-er of Life, dancing with the Divine.

Joyful Gratitude

This picture is so interesting. To me it looks like an eye, perhaps the eye of the earth, or the universe. I think this picture tells a story, and I could spend my writing time today just writing about that, but I’m not sure that I should. I see the sun and the moon, and ice and snow, water, flowers, green grass, trees, a seed within, and ever so much potential for all there is...a literal garden of Eden. Amazing!

I have been so consumed for the last few weeks by my website technical details. I have found it difficult to begin writing each day because maybe if I try just one more thing, I can get my WordPress Network to work. And I do keep trying, it’s a mystery I need to solve, a puzzle that needs to be finished, a challenge I have accepted. I have had to take a step back and re-evaluate the situation because I’m not making a lot of progress at the moment. It almost works, but not quite. So, I will keep plugging away.

So, I know it’s time for me to begin working on other things. I will keep trying to find the solution, but I will also try to not let it take over my life. Yes, I am learning from this experience and I guess it was something I needed to learn. I am the only one applying pressure, demanding perfection as usual. Another reminder for me not to be so hard on myself.

I am growing, expanding and most importantly, diversifying. I am merging the darkness of matter and the brilliance of Light, my dream seeds are Unifying Earth and Sky!
